how do you guys prepare and eat the smaller ones?? we have also caught quite a few and cooked them up - but shelling them can be a lot of work for not much eating... we have tried deep frying them twice to get them really crunchy and then eaten them shell and all....
Sorry "Suicidal Gardie", they are from a creek around Port Hedland, Scottbec the school prawns in the pic are about 10 cm long, freezing them first will help to make shelling easier otherwise frying them whole is a good way to do it
