I didn't have any problems with the guardian I had, from memory (which is getting a bit dim now) I think I had a 112 johno on the back of it and used to go fishing with 3 up.
Fished out the back of FFB and came home on the south wester and it was a boat that ran true with the waves behind it which was a calming thing as you didn't have to worry about broaching.
Use common sense when loading it up with your gear and fuel, give the transom a good run over with the eye for cracks etc. and you should have a good boat that won't put you in any danger.

I'd put my money on a guardian
I owned one quite a few years back and that is what I think it looked like.

Guardian
Yep, as others said, it's a Guardian. The superstructure and side cabin windows are "Guardian" style. Lol

Definitely not a Swiftcraft
I'd go with Guardian, too.
