Leah headed down to IGA to grab some bread and saw this mix, bit of a cheat but for $3 this stuff was amazing. Up there with restaurant quality salt n pepper squid. Was alot more rings but as i was cooking Leah was eating haha

Exact IGA, Heathridge shops
Exact IGA, Heathridge shops on Carridean Street. Worth the money and time to mix up the ingredients. I beated an egg mixed the rings in that then into the mix and fried for 30secs on a high heat and came up great. Melts away and with a slice of buttered bread makes a meal pretty easy:)

definately cheating , but as
definately cheating , but as long as it tastes great who cares. at $3 for the mix , why mess around doing it yourself. looks great and why wouldnt you eat it as its being cooked
