ahha thanks mate and yeah it is defently somthing that could bite ya in the future and yeah grantartic it was very unexpected almost lost it a few times but manged to land it in the end.

yeah was pretty heavy i woulda said around 15kg mark but didnt want to be corrected by some know it all haha but thatnks for the info very helpfull

If you google "Fish weight by
If you google "Fish weight by length" the 1st result should be a link to DPI NSW that will give you approximate weights for length of a number of species. Obviously it's only approximate & varies according to condition of the fish but it will give you a rough idea of the ball park your batting in.
