daiwa saltist bayrubber jigging rod help??

hey fishwrecked i have a saltist bayrubber jigging rod thats never caught a fish it looks like a very good inshore jigging rod and im just wandering whats a good overhead reel that would suit it
and what people think of them
i have been looking at the calcutta D, trinidad A and the saltist black gold
i would like other peoples opinions

something fairly light I would have though mate, Daiwa has a few options to choose from but I reckon a traditional shaped baitcaster would be the goods- daiwa pluton, lunas or millionaire would fit quite well as long as you get the balance right, the bayrubber is a light rod setup for specifically for artificials.
