Iveco diesel marine engines. Any good?

Just wondering of anyone knows if these are any good. Haven't been able to find any reviews on the net, cheers.

What horse power
Depends on what size you are after. Had trouble with exhaust manifolds cracking on the 6 cyl 260hp ?, found out it was a common fault.
Mate ran a 800hp V8 in his crayboat with good results and economy.
edit For those that don't know, IVECO is another name for FIAT which doesn't always stand for "Fïx It Again Tony

Blackwatch or Deep V as they are now known have been running Iveco in some of there boats for a while, have not really heard bad reports on them.

Had ivecos vans at work, our mechanic said they are a big piece of sh#$ not marine i know ,then they bought merc's much better,don't know if that helps.i would check with what the commercial guys recommend .
