I went up north for thursday with some mates chasing mackerel, only manged to get my spear into one but saw quite a few not to many bigger models with most being 10-15 and a couple of 18kgs crusing in at one point. I managed to shoot this one from in between three sharks as were were surrounded by 3-8 at a time all day while burleying, wasnt metro, was just a bit north of jurein bay, heaps of baldys up to 7kg and dhuies up to 6kg though, and i never seen that many 1kg+ blackarse in my life.
One of many mackys this season i hope :) next dive i want this ones mum!
