Not sure about those burbs, there is a place in Welshpool called Zinc Coaters perth, and another called AAEP in Kelmscot.

Not sure what the biggest item you can get in the tank, so you would have to at least strip the trailer into all its original parts before you even start.

There's a mob in Wangara Happy Hooker that can do boat trailers but you'll have to do some home work to find out. Mate of mine did it while back not sure how much cost but it was worth it. As till said you will have to strip it then you have to get it sand blasted then dipped. Be careful when you blast it and the time difference to getting it dipped as the surface rust starts to set in just hours after you strip the old galv off and bare the metal i think they like it as clean as possible.

The galvanisers should do it all.

called MGalv (Meneghello). I have seen them put boat trailers through in the past (when out looking at other jobs). Like A Salt said though, do your homework first.

theres heaps of places

theres heaps of places around , but you deffinatly have to pull the trailer appart and get seperate bits galvanised. also were ever you choose to get it done you should ask weather they do sand blasting aswell because its a good idea to get it sand blasted and do repairs on the trailer at the same time.

mate

i done my trailer a coulple of months ago now, same size boat,

mine is a full roller trailer,

before you pull it apart, take photo's and lots of them,

measure everything so it goes back to gether the same way and in the same place other wise you will have to reajust everything.

after mine went back on, i did not have to alter/ajust a single thing.

also, while apart, think about welding brackets for new submersible lights/number plate holder, walkways ect ect ect and get it all galved at once.

note... the new light brackets i made, flush with the top of the trailer, super strong so i can stand on them if needed, also the new number plate bracket so when you come out of the water it hasnt bent your number plate up.

couple of pics of mine.

before shot

after shot

helps if you have one of these

cheers ron

sorry mate, forgot to

sorry mate, forgot to add

cost of the regalv was $900 and was done by fero galv in kewdale,

make sure you tell whoever, it is a rusty boat trailer(if that is the case) because most galvers do not like to do rusty trailers..

mine had to sit in the acid tank for 2 days because of the rust and cost slightly more.

just be aware that some might not want to do it at all.

also when apart, check thouroghly, because my rear bar was rusted out and had to be replaced.(you might find its gone to far)

good luck

Mine isnt too bad as yet rust wise, mainly starting to pit up where the roller brackets are etc . Everything else is fine and dont need to really do any welding or changes to it.

Need to do the rollers so am thinking whilst apart might as well get it re-galved (its about 6 years old now)

Go to say yours came up a treat, mine is very similair to yours (I beam and rollers) but less rusty.  $900 odd now is certainly alot better than new trailer in  few years..

Thanks all for your info and help .
