Why
You are cookiing one of the top 10 fish from off our coast and you want to smother it with a topping?Always fascinates me when peaople talk about lemon pepper this and seasoned that plus curried something, why not eat it without spices, seasoning etc to enjoy its true taste

Putt a few rings of onions, few wheels of lemon and some chopped parsely on top. Bit of salt and pepper and in the oven. Bloody tasty!

That's fried Mr Ed
I know you love your dhuie but your thinking of fried not baked in the oven...Grazee wants to try it baked. We baked those KG's like I said above in some alfoil and they were bloody beautiful. I've still got some good pics of them on my phone too mate.

give this a run
Bloody Yummmmmmmo
4 thick, skinless fillets, about 140g each
50g fresh white breadcrumbs
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
25g Parmesan, freshly grated
1-2 thyme sprigs, leaves stripped
sea salt and black pepper
1-2 tbsp olive oil
lemon wedges, to serve
Heat the oven to 220C.
Place fillets, skinned side up, on a lightly oiled baking tray.
In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, Parmesan, thyme and a little salt and pepper to taste, Stir in a little olive oil to combine.
Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly on top of each fish fillet.
Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the topping is golden brown and crisp and the fish flesh is opaque......MMmmmmm
Pretty yum on Cods as well.

keep it plain and simple ,
keep it plain and simple , good fish dont need anything to make them better, wrap in foil with a bit of butter , leave the scales on which helps to stop the fish drying out, if you have to put anything with it just add a bit of lemon
