150ml water,150ml
150ml water,150ml vinegar,4dsrtspoons soysauce,4dsrtspoons sweet chilli sauce,1tspn sesame oil,1 onion.cube fish into 15mm bits, slice whole onion up,layer in chinese takaway dish with onion,fish,onion etc.then pour in ingredients.wait 2 hours.this is so easy but so good especially with a few beers,i find it works best with macky

Cheers man, sounds great. What other fish have you tried it with ?
I make Ceviche with diced onion, aji limon chillies, diced tomato, bit of parsley, lemon juice and vinegar. Amounts vary each time. Find this works great with white fleshed fish. Skippy is joy this way.

Pickle fish cray Marron occy anything
Brown malt vinegar, Italian salad dressing, chilli, garlic, chopped onion and gerkins crack pepper and mix together and when you think it taste right through in whatever needs to be pickled. You need to half cook crays and Marron to get the shell off but fish can be put straight in. You can use whatever you want as long as it's got the acid like vinegar or lemon to cook it. Just make it up trial and error is how you make shit good
