Just wondering if anyone has made their own soft plastics and moulds before? Im thinking about making some up.

There was somebody a while
There was somebody a while ago, I was contemplating to a design moulds for him, but it basically fell through because you can get moulds cheaper from US than buying material here (on those lines). So unless you have a lot of money to spend and have some super special design of your plastic in mind, I would suggest to buy the moulds. I think the same company sells the plastic as well, you just need to look it up, I don’t remember the company’s name.

I have just got into
I have just got into it....... pretty simple with a bit of trial and error. Making the plastics starts to get almost addictive pretty quickly.
Brought the plastic and some colours from u-make-em (link above). I have actually found that using some crayon shavings as being the best colour solution as a beginner
I have just posted up a couple of pics of some fish I snagged on my own creations last weeked
