Usually only need to buy fuel.Stop at Jeff's,the missus usually brings enough food to supply them and us for maybe 5 years.I bring a couple of blocks and some home made spirits to top up their stocks.

Exy Spending
I suppose if you only look at the individual well most would be around the $1 to $2K on an average trip but when you look at fishing parties coming to town for a 'Boys' trip then the figure balloons to a lot more, well it does in our case anyway, we usually do a trip every year and we come up with 3 boats and 8 to 10 mates last trip we all spend around $1100.00 bucks on fuel, food, bait, drinks, tackle and accommodation all in all in 10 days we spent around $11K not bad I reckon for the local economy!

Our annual trip including flights, car rental, accommodation and to eat like kings for 6 days = $1500 x 3.
I should be up there right now, but we are giving it a miss this year.
