now that my build is complete thought itd be time to spend a day on the water with the mrs. started off slow with shark , 80-100KG stingray, then banded sweep-600mm eel -undersize snapper , so i abandoned all my favourite spots and tried new ground, close to where pro was pulling up pots and sure enough within 10 minutes got this beauty,baldy &2 breaksea cod im coming to the conclusion that the cray boat motor noise activates fish feeding time anybody of the same impression

More to do with pots being pulled, bait washing out of the pots,works every time, just don't get in their way.
More drum lines, kill the bloody sharks!

no didnt weigh
or measure it ,i was happy it came on board ,imo good eating size id guess 9-10kg .900mm long , always keep a fair distance away from pots or bigger distance from cray boat pulling pots ,dont want the hassle of driving back to retrive line and then losing hooks.
