Nice catch Roger, the NZ pinkys have such a distinct rounder shape than our Aus ones. Looks like a Blue Cod the bottom fish, if so very nice eating!

They were caught froma
They were caught froma small tinny about 30m from shore in about 20ft of water. Yes the bottom fish is a a blue cod...it was unusual to get one that far north and in water that shallow.
