Yeah Fernando got a couple on PE3 that kept him honest... He tried to resist jigging but after I got a small amberjack, a small yellowtail king, an amberjack that got sharked and then a good fat fish (all on PE6) he couldn't resist. I had a field day and after a few fat fish(every drop ended up fishing with my 70s and Certate 3500 that was loaded with PE2.... I had one or 2 near spooling experiences but saved my line and got the fish . (There's a pic in "latest images" of the 70s loaded up during a double hookup - need to figure this resizing of pic's out).
The amberjack were thick - absolutely everywhere. Second time I have hit a big school of them. I have a good pic of my sounder that I'll flick on to ya... no sambo's to be seen anywhere, but the amberjack go twice as hard...
