got to be very happy with that - Ive never eaten a Rankin, although I know most people rate them quite highly. Can you compare the eating qualitys of them to anything else?

IMO up there with Coral trout. Firm white flakes, sweet taste.

Yep nice fish Simo IMO Paully I rate them above the Reds, they make an excellent fish pie. Two weeks and counting :)

Rankin's are very welcome in my esky for sure, great taste and are great battered, grilled or oven baked in bread crumbs, love them!
