Yep - second that
Whitey also has maps of the area for sale too on top of that local knowledge. There are ramps at Greenhead and Leeman and plenty of beach spots to launch from too.
There was a previous thread on Greenhead a few weeks ago so if you try a search that may also help.

Hi balgadinghy
Lots of nice places to fish from in Leeman with a dinghy. The two boat ramps (Town ramp) or sea rescue ramp are all good, especially if you have 4x4, bit dicey if you have sedan. Even with the southerly blowing people still fish, just tie up to a crayfishmans mooring.
As you come into Leeman you'll see a gravel road opposite tip, left hand side, straight down that gravel road is called LA, lots of people launch from the beach there (4x4 only) and nice area for a dinghy.
North of Leeman is Gumtree, about 15klms, launch from the beach (4x4 only) good ground through there. 35kls north is Nobby Head, (4x4 only) used to be able to launch from there but don't know what its like after winter.
We'll be there in the Caravan Park, look for a toyota prado (black), not taking boat, running new 4x4 in.
