WA King George Whiting and a Tussle with an Eagle Ray

We're travelling around the West and this video shows some 'bread-and-butter' fishing in Walpole WA. We caught mainly whiting but I had an Eagle Ray hook up on my whiting rig! Enjoy.

looks like you got a great feed there, them rays are a pain. goes to show , you can catch big fish on small hooks

Pretty recent, about 2 weeks ago. Apparently this is the time of the year that the KGs come into the bay.
