Support the Site Sponsors
Hi Gang,
The site sponsors on fishwrecked aren't online stores and run local businesses that provide products and services to us that I believe are some of the best in the state.
Recently one of the sites major sponsors pulled the pin due to tough economic times and I have heard (and i work in the commercial maritime industry) that things are as tough as ever at the moment. I ask that you consider using the site sponsors as they keep the site running and allow for hosting upgrades and site improvements. It is all a big circle, they provide you a quality product or service, they pay for the site to run, the site allows you / them and everyone to interact for learning / seeing whats biting / product and service discounts and shits and giggles discussion.
Cheers
Adam

Supporting sponsors
I agree that the site sponsors are highly valued to FW and its members.
However, times are tough for a lot of people, not just businesses.. and consumers will save money where they can. If I was to buy a new reel and know exactly which one to get, then I will find the cheapest price (even if its online). The savings to be had will mean money for other things, for example a new toy for my young daughter..
On the other hand, if I wanted to get into Surf fishing and had NFI about what gear to use, I would walk into a fishing store (eg: Oceanside) and ask for advice on gear etc. I will buy there and then without chasing cheapest prices because I value the time shop staff have put aside to advise me..
Or I can jump on here and ask for advice and if a sponsor advises then I would go in and see then.. haha
Just my thoughts on the matter...
A fish in the hand is worth 10 in the water!

Pretty slow in most sectors
Pretty slow in most sectors and it's having a domino effect across the board . Don't think most of us regular punters would be averse to sharing the burden .
