Hi all, I thought i might try a small queenfish as sashimi. What are your opinions on queenies eaten this way and how did you prepare it cheers.

personally wouldn't do it.
I ate it for the first time last week as my theory try it before you judge it and it has a pretty strong flavour even with the blood line cut out. It would go nicely smoked or pickled I think.
