Outboard fit up for plate boat

To prevent the risk of galvanic corrosion do outboard installers fit nylon washers on mounting bolts?

Generally heavily coated in Sikaflex, unless the boat lives in the water maybe.

Nylon washers do tend to crush out over time leaving your mounting bolts losing their torque

A starboard/HDPE pad is more for noise and a little crush area (I have 2 left over at home 10mm HDPE if anyone needs some)

Anode, Sika, Duralac

With a Yamaha 60 of 20 years, have only moved it up or down a couple of times to play with trim. Each time used Sikaflex around the transom holes and a bit of Duralac on the bolts/washers. Have not had any noticeable corrosion, even though the bolts are stainless amd I guess the outboard is alloy. There is also a sacrificial zinc anode very close by on the outboard, which  lasts maybe 5+ years, so that is probably the main thing neutralising any galvanics.
