OK, generally there is a trade off
between $ and quality. Imo stiffness is the key to a good outrigger. A soft outrigger will not release the line crisply and may tend to sling or catapult baits or lures out of the water in some conditions.

Reelax are the way to go,
Reelax are the way to go, very popular amost the pro anglers and people who want the best. Made in QLD you cant go wrong but are a little expensive. 16ft complete with bases and rigging kit $1100 will get you going.
And pretty sure the guys at All Boats are an outlet for them too.
Or you can try these
Reelax Rod Riggers are used to spread the tips of rods being trolled along each side of a boat. Simply drop Reelax Rod Riggers in existing rod holders then fit a rod to be trolled. Safety halyards are supplied and fitted and connect to rods being trolled.

Decent
If your ever doing anything with a boat, better to go with the quality in the first instance IMO.
Usually the cheaper stuff lets you down sooner rather than later.
