Seeing as it seems to be the hottest topic - whats everyones favourite recipes?
We all can boil them up (I think) but anything slightly more daring???
Personally Ive been keen to try and halve them and bbq it (similar to a cray i guess), any tips, recipes you could share?

have always done them on the BBQ.
Cut in half and remove the rubbish, smother in Garlic butter and herbs and slap on the BBQ

Very quickly blanch em in boiling water , shell , clean shit shute then wrap with proscuittio and put 4 to a skewer, cook on BBQ till proscuittio crispy , splash of lime and worcestershire sauce, then into em!!

Seriously, worked for a few years in Pemberton, ended up getting on pretty well with the local chippy, used to take tails in and have marron and chips, melts in your mouth....

pickle them and put them in the fridge. with a cold beer its fukn unbelievable and when you have fish n chips with salad chop some up and put it in the salad
