Japan Tackle Shops
Well I am in Japan.....
I thought I would share some pics of the Joshsuya jumbo tackle shop located near the Shibuya train station. .. over the walkway bridge that crosses the road and you are there.. 50m .
This is the 3 floor one .... first floor casting gear fly...popping... lure... and landbased.
The second floor is bait fishing. . So all the long soft tip rods you see with the electric reels that bend 90 degrees down into the water.
The third ( no pics ) is the clothing floor for fly fishing, rock fishing, and boat fishing dry and wet weather gear.
Berry tackle is 4 doors up the hill on the same block ( 50m walk ) on the 3rd floor of the tennis sports store.... no pics in this post but mainly all bass gear .
Sansui 1 and 2 are a long ish walk around the corner past the railway station japan's or Tokyo oldest tackle shop ... again no pics in this post.
Joshsuya is the easiest to find
Enjoy the pics
Note I am sorry everything is behind glass or in their packaging. ... the fluro lights were horrible

Japan is high on my bucketlist. What are the prices like compared to aus tackleshop?
I remember going to one in spain and the halco lures were cheaper then our stores and picking up rapalas for 6 euro each

Stayed in Shibuya last year , hotel just around the corner. Got bored and told my wife 'I'll be back in half an hour'.... Four hours and a whole lot of $$$ later I got my ass handed to me.. Awesome store ... Floor after floor after floor after....
My wife understands why I clean my rods n reels in the shower....

I'd love to go there but more
I'd love to go there but more worried about what my wife would spend whilst I was drooling
Love the lure weights on the big stickbaits "about 97 gram"
