deffinenty wasn't as smooth
deffinenty wasn't as smooth out today as i would have wished for, went out to the five fished for five mins and thought STUFF IT, went in and caught whiting and hering, and anyone chasing some gardie skip baits, head to the east side of carnac they were in plauge proportions. the only positve for the day was that we picked up a 45cm foxy which is the biggest ive ever seen, and a 56cm sweep in the five mins at the five which restored my fath in it.

Pt Peron beach fishermen left around 8.45 am
It must of been around that time,,the whole beach just packed up and left with rain and lightening booming aronud us,,i prayed to god i was not out in a boat,,lol
What happens normally,,you all meet up in a certain spot then go to a weigh in somewhere at a certain time ? just curious how it all works ,,,,,,,,,,,,
BTW> It a thieves hotspot there,,always park your rig as close to the sea rescue building as you can, so they can keep an eye on it.

Effort
At least you made the effort to come down Paul. pretty much everyone else pulled the pin early too.
Agree with the Thunderbolts and Lightning comment. got a bit nasty out there for a while. Thought someone had turned the lights off it went that black.
Colin - I will put the winners list up later as Im about to hop on a plane. I can tell you though that the champion angler for this round was PETE D from SOR.
