Colin the deckies knot is also called the Albright knot there is a site called knots for dummies,or grab a copy of complete book of fishing knots and rigs or geoff wilsons guide to rigging gelspun lines both great books with detailed instructions.
called the GT knot i think. The main thing is to lube and pull the mono end down low so the doouble end(BIMINI) will wrap otherwise it just shits itself!..........Feel the force.........
