Cheynes Beach Can you easly put a 4.7 trailcraft (i didn't see a boat ramp in the photes of the place.) in the water at cheynes beach east of Albany and best time of year to go there Looks very nice tucked in out of the wind of the south coast

Hey mate there is a boat launch area from beach near the rocks. Nice and protected but can get packed with seaweed. Time depends on what u want to catch, salmon in autumn are everywhere.

Seen some big boats pushing
Seen some big boats pushing 6m launched there lately, plenty of people go out there but still plenty of fish everywhere. It's a hard beach launching into shallow water but fairly easy if you can handle your boat well.
always looking for a new challenge!!

not sure about the boat, but agree with redemperor000, if you pick the right time and spot you can get a feed of salmon in minutes
