The dates here are to try organise a time that will suit the most people.

Well leave this up for a few weeks then do another poll of the 4 most popular dates. Were never going to suit everyone and this is going to be the fairest way to pick the dates.

Do I vote for all of them. :) I'm in with the majority!   Early April for mine, week before school hols going thru to the end of the first week.  Its a great time of year.

Whether I can go depends on if I secure a job by then (hope so!) - so I won't vote and will just go along with the majority

Based upon the gamex dates, my vote has changed from the first week to the last week of April.  Buggered if you want to be hassling with tantas crew to get in and out.

I will have a spot in my boat if it is the last week of April or first week of May.

Unfortunately wont have a spot for the drive so if anyone is flying up will be good for them.

Never fished up that way so not promising a spot on the winning boat :)

I have got the bazz nats (hopefully) in the NT on the 17th plus a drive up there before that so i would prefer the begining of the month.
Otherwise i am keen to have it later

I have just penciled in the whole of April and May in the holiday roster at work so I am covered whatever the dates.

Now I need to organise a crew and see what suits them.

Looks like theres going to have to be 2 comps, one at the start of each month on the saturday or the sunday.  Maybe both if the weather is good (one day pelagics, one day bottom fish)  I don't want the comp to turn into an all in kill fest thou, just some good fun between a few boats and mates as it won't be for sheep stations, just a bit of bragging rights.

it will be on for a few people but could be a bit hectic for the april section with the other big comp on

April generally, still get good stuff in May.  The May one will be better as Gamex won't be on, which makes the place chaotic.
