Grayzee: Good to see you know what decent mayo is - but thats S&W. As good as Hellmans, but from cage-free eggs. As it happened, along with the commercial spreads, I was so busy with the other flavours they didn't get a look in.

I've heard of prawns and scallops, and even shelled crays on the surf and turf but that is going to take some work to get through mate.
