Who built this boat?

Trying to find out who built this solid looking ali centre console.
Name of boat is Angry Pirate. Looks like a vinyl wrap on the hull.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that photo was taken in Geradlton? It look like the area just in front of the Breakwater in Hillarys boat harbour to me.

Stand corrected.
Bloke who sent me the photo is a fisherman in Gero and I thought he saw it up there. Anyway location of the photo is not the info Im chasing.
Its almost similar to out the front of the Maritime Museum in the Champion Bay Marina - not :-)

yep saw the same boat coming into hillarys thursday and friday , nic looking rig with a big wrap over it.
