What do you guys think?

What do you guys think of my dads boat? Shes an old chivers hull with a 200 turbo diesel, volvo penta leg. Great fuel economy at around 16 knts pushes along at 25knts WOT.

Brilliant hull, built like a proverbial brick shithouse, dry as well - great sea boat but heavy compared with modern builds

Agree with all, another Chivers legend you cant go past !

A top hull,there was a lot of them produced for for the then Dept of Harbour/rivers and later on fot patrol boats for Fisheries and Dept of Transport so they must be good.
We [Carnarvon Sea Rescue] have one with the same 200hp Volvo turbo and the duo prop leg and a lock up cabin.It has a 900 litre fuel tank giving a total range of nearly 1000nm cruising at 20knots.

always liked the look of those boats, how does it handle
