sounder swivel bases

is any one using a swivel base on there sounder?
i like the idea of it being on a swivel to adjust the veiw
where can i get a marineised one?

ive got one hanging around
ive got one hanging around the shed somewere i used to have it for my sounder didnt get much use i didnt like it

its for hds 10 its a bit too

its a bit too big for my dash and for my boat hahah
so will need to make it swivel
i suppose they would need to lock in position so it dont move around?

I had the same issues trying to fit a massive 10inch Furuno on the dash!
I used a seat swivel base on the roof of my cab and hung the sounder down from it. Works like a treat and I can swivel it 360deg. My FCV295 is a big mother and is not light by any scale, so I went the strong robust route!
