Any of the rocks walls or
Any of the rocks walls or groynes will be a good place to start and learn the techniques of of it all. A bit of berley helps and gets the fish interested while you cast and work through it. Use the right sized jig heads for the situation, ie current, wind, depth etc. Bream are also a likely target as well with many places in the swan (as mensioned on other threads were they are biting). Pack light with only the gear you really need and nothing else and walk along casting and working the entire water column with your offering, add twiches, pauses and raize and lower the rod tip will be generally enough to entise a strike. DONT TAKE BAIT as you will never use the plastics. I either bait fish or lure fish this way you consentrate on which style you are doing at the time. Hope this has helped.

Maybe but more like herring, skippy, tarwine etc. Still good fun on very light gear. I always enjoy a bait catching mission....these fish can pull hard when they want to. Try a 2kg outfit with 2kg braid............fun alright even get busted off sometimes!lol. NA!
