PolyCraft 4.8 Brumbry

Hey guy im just wondering if anyone has a polycraft 4.8 or has ever taken one for a test drive as i am intrested on moving up a size from the 4.5. so yeh just wondering how the ride becasue there a completly differnt shaped hull from the other boats

In my experience all Polycraft boast ride really well, but you need to get used to the flexing.

I heard it was a pretty wet ride. Hard to find 4.8m centre consoles that perform well these days, I opted for one of these

the extra step up in size it
the extra step up in size it seems is worth it, a mich bigger boat phyiscally frpm what i have seen. used to have a 5.3 CC polycraft myself back in the day, a great "no bulls*&t" boat but it wasn't very dry in quartering seas, actually not many CC's would be i'd imagine.

would it you recon? have you seen the 4.8s hull? ive seen then 5.3 4.5 n the arh 5.99 which all have the same hull but unsure about the 4.8

yes it was for sale about 12 months ago and is now living in exmouth with a young fella who is a mad keen free diver and spear fisherman. check out www.polyboatowners.com and ask the boys on there, they are a wealth of info and there's quite a few 4.8 owners on there to give you some feedback.
