My mate has the same boat with a 75 etech on it goes ok bit under powered slow out of the hole not bad on the plane so i think a 50 4stroke would under powered. Boat itself rides nice even with some chop bit unstable at rest

 Pretty similar to my old

Pretty similar to my old Fraser 525 and I had a 90hp 2s on that, couldn't imagine 50hp on it. That one would definitely be underpowered IMO.

Yeah seems underpowered to me too. Heavy boat for its size.

Good looking boat, wont beat any speed records but that doesn't matter when you have a couple of 15 kg Dhu,s in the ice slurry .

 Used to own a Pacemaker

Used to own a Pacemaker Calais, beautiful dry boat. They do get bulkead cracks though just check along the chines roughly under the windscreen. If so the floor will have to come out to effect repairs. Guy told me this when he inspected mine a few years back, he was one of those boat check people.

I've owned 2... both the 560 Charger model.  One is currently for sale with a 2008 Dunbier dual axle trailer. .. pwr plant is a Honda 90 XL 4 banger under 400 hours on her. ..hasn't been advertised.  I have been told the hull  is based on the Haines Hunter hull V17-V19.. earlier models of course.  They are rated pretty damn highly. Generally a strong well made boat. .. Sea-kem is spot on re bulkhead stress cracks....usually indicates how the boat has been driven during its life.

 Got a 100hp 4stroke Honda on

Got a 100hp 4stroke Honda on mine. Could do with more purely for take off. Other than that handles well and has a good top speed when I get there.

Cheers,
