Need help - outboard pod

Hey all, took the boat out saturday and noticed the outboard pod has a large crack in it. Seeing as the boat is quite older and glass I was thinking i should probably get a new one put on. Does anyone know a contact of someone who builds these? Also i was thinking of maybe getting an ally pod instead of glass as the bow rides quite high, any suggestions?
