Gday Tim.

Nah I didnt get done just cant seem to find the info anywhere so as I dont get done.

Still no luck with the tranny. Still trying. Still pissed off. I now have two mounting brackets on the transom and jump over the side and change the tranny over offshore. I also have tried an in hull mounted in the bilge as far forward as I can and on the keel. The keel has timber coring in it so I have drilled it out as per mounting intructions. Still breaks up but the definintion is much less then the transom mount, both are 600w. Cant seem to get better then 10/12 knots so looks like thats the best I'll get. Not happy at all.

Cheers Jeremy.

Can get a Boating Guide from DPI for different areas

Jeremy,
From memory you are correct. Melville waters is open water (except for Lucky Bay at Alfred Cove) until you get to Chidley Point where it changes back to 8 knots. If you're heading in the other direction it changes back to 8 at Cracknell Park just after the ski area next to Belmont Racecourse. Heading into Canning River the speed drops at Point Heathcote at Ardross.

Cheers,
David

You'll find a huge amount of info on that, grab a hard copy to keep on the boat.
