Holland Track October School Holidays

hey guys planning a trip with my mate to do the holland track in october school holidays... will be my two young kids my mate and his daughter so going tp be a packed trip as only taking my car.. 1998 4.2td nissan patrol.. I was wondering if anyone has done the track recently? If u had any advice on what you would or wouldnt take if you were to do again, handy tips n tricks always go a long way when camping...

Im thinking of putting sway bar disconnects in, should make the trip a little more comfortable along with the extra wheel travel

No idea with the track but sway bar disconnects are good idea

Dont gain a whole lot of travel but might just be that extra bit to get you up the track

Does improve the comfort a bit too i found, i took mine off completely though which probably isnt advisable

We did it the same time last year. grand final weekend and we are doing it again this month. Kalgoorlie to Hyden was the way we went. We all had a ball and took 3 easy days to do it. There was plenty of mud around and big bog holes but most of the gnarly areas had chicken tracks. If there has been rain out there make sure you check the depths of the bog holes some of them are real deep.
Great scenery and it changes heaps and plenty of good camping areas with wood. You will have a ball
