Gear info needed

 not too sure what you would call them but they could be described as condoms for the rod butt. 

seen these on a couple of fioshing shows . they look like heavy duty foam devices that slide up over the rod butt to make it more comfortable when you dont have a gymbal belt. 

i would like to know the name of them and where i could get them.

I have seen them online, eg eBay and other online stores, but I dont know of any local stores.
