HI Guys
I am looking at buying a fraser 5.2 (1990) with a 100hp Yamaha 4 stoke(2008) with 50 hours on the meter.
Im trying to find out how the Fraser performs with the heavier 4 stoke motor(it weighs about 170 kgs)
Im going to use it to fish and and water- skie, Interested to find out how the boat performs when pulling a slalom skier and if it drags it ass, because of the heavier donk.
Does anybody know someone who has got a similar setup?
Thanks Guys

If it has tits, tires, or a transom, there's gonna be issues!

we had a 18ft fraser 74 model with a new 2 st 90hp yamaha on the back . no probs with towing a skier or tubes. not sure how heavy the motor was but the boat was a lot older than the one your looking at. mine came out with a 70 2 st johnson

I think I know the boat you
I think I know the boat you are talking about if it's in Hedland. Why not take it for a test run and see how it goes. Looks like a tidy rig and with the late model yammie it should prove to be a reliable and economical ride
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?
