headed up to flat rocks this mornin chasin a few tailor - heaps of weed and big swell - saw a sea lion surf up the beach and sun bathe tho wich was interesting to watch but no fish. - dissapointed by the large piles of rubbish dumped at the wilbinga entrance - gotta keep our eyes open for these b@#$%ds i dunno how they get away with it bloody disgusting.

Sad to hear about the rubbish, That is why you go to places like Flat Rocks, to get away from the crap, not to leave it there.

I was talking to one of the hut owners last week about the very same thing. It seems it's part of a cleanup campain and there are a lot of "Keep Australia Beautiful" bags there. It seems the jobs was done but nobody (like the council) has bothered to go there and collect. The end result is that most will see it as a convenient place to add to a very worthwhile stockpile of ageing shit! At least they didn't leave most of it on the beach.
