Fishing Malaysia?

Hey guys
Ive recently moved from Perth to Kuala Lumpur.... not much fishing in the city here!
Was wondering if anyone new of any good fishing in Malaysia?
I hear theres good sailfish off Kuala Rompin on the east coast, any other spots people are aware of? Or any drivable distance to beach fish etc?
....and now im really pushing the envelope, anyone know of any good rivers to flyfish?
any info would be appreciated.

Jungle carp, snakehead and
Jungle carp, snakehead and the like would be the go for fly fishing I would think? May need a watercraft of some sort like a canoe for some of the snakehead lakes. I know Singapore has some lakes with Peacock bass in them so Malaysia might too? Wouldn't be surprised if there was a fishing park somewhere near KL, but maybe not as many as say Thailand.
Haven't done any fishing there myself though.
