Took the g/f down Denno for a fish and relax over the long weekend.
Fished greenpools, elephants,sinkerbay etc.

Had the best luck at green pools. Kg's, herring, shippy, flathead etc.

Looks like the inlets got a lot of fresh flowing out of it, musta copped some serious rain down that way.

Went for a fish around

Fri, 2009-10-02 22:42

Went for a fish around denmark today actually... spent an hour hiking to a secret spot, super excited to get into a kingie or sambo only to get there and see the swell rolling over the spot we wanted to fish! Conditions were awesome apart from the swell being up... made it impossible to fish most of the rock spots facing the south swell... oh well nice day for a hike :) Out in the boat tomorrow from Albany, should be good!

It's a lovely spot down there. We used to chase Kingies when the mouth opened. I've been spooled a few times down there. It's a great drive aound the coast from Albany right through to Busselton.
